After graduating from the University of Illinois Scott started up his Green Real Estate development company.

Scott began his entrepreneurial career in land acquisition, entitlement, design and coordination and is currently developing several green projects throughout the country. Scotts innovative outside-the-box mentality allows him to provide creative and strategic thinking to his community, his company and the world. We as people need to embrace the opportunities that are presented to us and have the available resources to execute them. Scott is looking for Carbon Day to be the most universal organization in the climate change and renewable energy industry.

Elliot Offenbach
Principal
Carbon Day Construction
Elliot has over five years of experience focusing on construction management, acquisitions, brokerage and development. Over his career he has completed a wide range of office, retail, industrial and residential transactions. Elliot’s specialties include financial and economic forecasting, construction management and analysis, and contract negotiation. Currently Elliot manages a full service Green construction firm with three full time project managers completing approximately $6 Million in construction in 2008.

Brian Levin
Business Development
Brian Levin’s expertise is in commercial real estate, working on a variety of projects that has spanned the globe. He has a thorough understanding of a variety of aspects of real estate, including Retail development, construction, and investment. With his keen knowledge of how commercial buildings operate, Brian is an excellent leader of business development for the company on both the construction and automotive sides. Brian graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. In his free time, Brian enjoys travel, scuba diving, and cooking.

Benjamin Lachman
Operations Manager
With a background in Venture Capitalism, Start-Up Business development and Marketing, Benjamin joined Carbon Day as the Operations Manager with the goal of building a well-organized business. Benjamin and his family are deeply invested in renewable energy technology and are highly interested in bringing energy efficiency into the mainstream. In addition to building businesses from the ground up, Benjamin has a strong interest in commercial and residential real estate developments that are geared towards progressive energy solutions.
